The Testbed 4.0 team was 11.4. 2023 for an amazing excursion to Coca-Cola HBC in Prague – Kyje.
Production processes and technology were introduced to us during an exciting presentation in the lecture hall. On the way to the room, we could take a drink of our choice, which is produced here 🙂
After the lecture, we got dressed in coats, work boots, caps, and safety glasses and went to see the production halls. Together, we went through the lines that fill drinks into cans, glass bottles, and PET bottles from pre-formed plastic. We inspected the bottle washer and the PET bottle blowing line. It was an exciting experience to visit a fully automated warehouse and watch the processes of unloading drinks for individual orders.
