As technology advances, simulation becomes increasingly important for designing, optimizing, and maintaining real systems. Digital twin technology has emerged as a promising tool for creating virtual copies of physical systems. However, to fully explore the potential of digital twins, different levels of simulation need to be integrated. Additionally, incorporating augmented reality technology into virtual commissioning with digital twins can enhance the process by offering a more immersive interface for users. These topics will be explored in this research to develop proof-of-concept prototypes and assess their feasibility and effectiveness.
