Digital technologies are driving major changes in the economy and society, but the gender gap in the job market remains a serious issue. Women hold less than 20% of digital jobs in Europe, and female-led start-ups receive only 10% of investments. Greater diversity is necessary for social and economic reasons. Still, the lack of women in the sector is attributed to stereotypes and a lack of female role models in academic and economic circles.

The conference is co-organized by RICAIP together with the French Embassy in the Czech Republic, Institut français de Prague, La French Tech Prague and Czech Institute of Informatics, Robotics and Cybernetics (CIIRC CTU).
